NEW CLIENTS: 

  1. NEW CLIENTS: 

    1. Schedule your FREE phone call by clicking the words “FREE PHONE CONSULTATION.” This will direct you to all available appointments and you can choose what works best for your schedule.

    2. We will call you to listen and learn about you and your dog.

    3. If we are a good fit for each other, you will schedule a package to begin your journey.

    4. During the assessment, we will schedule the dates for your follow-up sessions.

RETURNING CLIENTS:

  1. Schedule your FOLLOW-UP SESSION(S)

  2. We will come to your home and begin checking off your goals

Please note that FREE 15 minute phone calls are available exclusively to NEW clients. One FREE phone call per household.

HST will be added to all services provided.

For in-home training sessions outside of Guelph, additional travel fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

A full 24 hours notice is required (and greatly appreciated) for cancelling appointments. Online cancellations can be done in the portal 24+ hours ahead of time. When you provide 24+ hours notice you will receive a refund. You will also be allowing another client and their dog the chance to schedule an appointment in this  time slot. Thank you. 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the full cost of the appointment. To cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice, you may call or email us directly. 

Clients who miss their appointment (“no show”) will be billed for the full cost of the scheduled session and mileage if applicable.
