ABOUT:

Like all good stories, mine begins with a cat.

A cat?

Yes. A cat.

When I was four years old, my father brought home a cat. I was the youngest of three girls and always the one left out of sister time. This wonderfully plump grey tabby had also led a lonely life — he’d been living underneath a bed because of a very large, untrained dog. Finnigan became my best friend. From him, I learned to be patient, gentle, and observant. I wondered what it must have been like to be given away.

Now, I help owners to train their dogs. No one should have to give their cat away, because of their dog. No one should have to give their dog away, because their dog bit their child.

I help keep families together. I look forward to helping yours.

Perhaps the biggest surprise in raising a puppy is the transforming effect it can have on you. Performing this service well is not simply about your puppy maturing into a happy adult companion. It is also about you becoming a better human being, more of who you are called to be.
